Shipping

All garments are handmade to order and take up to 21 working days to be made and shipped. All accessoires that are listed on the website are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 work days. Each order will be send with a track & trace that will be send to your email after shipping. Robin Catharina The Label is not responsible for any problems that may occur after shipping. 

Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of VAT/duties that may be charged. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All makeup bags and scrunchies that are not customized can be returned within 14 days after receiving. If you want to return your product please send an email to info@robincatharinathelabel.com so I can provide the return address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. The customer is required to send the item back with track & trace and email this code to info@robincatharinathelabel.com.

If you want to exchange an item it’s best to send back your old item and order the new one right away. 

To help reduce waste the garments are only made after they have been ordered and therefore I unfortunately can’t offer refunds or exchanges for them. This allows the customer to make small changes like sleeve or total length or even the colour of the garment. However if there is a problem with your order please contact us so we can see how/if we can provide a solution.
